1. Information We Collect

Revenue Recovery Labs ("RRLabs", "we", "us") collects information you provide directly when creating an account, configuring integrations, or contacting support. This includes your email address, business name, and integration credentials (stored encrypted).

We also collect customer data transmitted via your store webhooks (customer email, name, phone number, cart contents) solely for the purpose of sending recovery messages on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the RRLabs cart recovery service
  • To generate AI-powered recovery messages via Google Gemini API
  • To send recovery communications to your customers via WhatsApp and email
  • To provide analytics and reporting in your dashboard
  • To respond to support requests
  • To improve our platform and AI models

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enforced. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not store WhatsApp message content after delivery. Recovery logs are retained for up to 1 year.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Google Gemini API — AI message generation
  • Meta WhatsApp Business API — Message delivery
  • Merchant of Record (MoR) — Our orders and global tax compliance are securely processed by our authorized payment partners.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at support@rrlabs.online to exercise these rights.
