7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro plans). If you are not satisfied with RRLabs within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What Is Eligible for a Refund
First-time subscription payments within 7 days
Duplicate charges caused by billing errors
Charges made after account cancellation confirmation
What Is Not Eligible
Refund requests made after the 7-day window
Renewal charges (monthly subscription renewals)
Partial month refunds after using the service
Enterprise plan payments (governed by custom agreement)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@rrlabs.online with:
- Your registered email address
- The transaction ID from your Payment gateway receipt
- Brief reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period unless within the 7-day guarantee window.
