1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Revenue Recovery Labs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RRLabs provides an AI-powered cart abandonment recovery platform that sends automated WhatsApp and email messages to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact your customers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, webhook secrets, and integration tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use RRLabs to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not interacted with your store, to send spam or deceptive content, to violate any applicable laws (including WhatsApp Business Policy, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), or to impersonate other businesses.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and all prices are listed in USD. To ensure global tax compliance and secure transactions, payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). Please note that failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in temporary service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared..
6. Intellectual Property
The RRLabs platform, including all code, AI models, interfaces, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Revenue Recovery Labs. You retain ownership of your data and customer data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
