Delete Account & Data
You can permanently erase your RRLabs workspace and everything in it. No phone call, no retention team.
What gets deleted
- Your workspace record, branding and settings.
- All failed payment events and their decline history.
- All recovery message logs, generated copy, models used and scores.
- Billing provider webhook secrets and WhatsApp Cloud API credentials.
- Your authentication account and any newsletter subscription tied to the same email.
Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days of verification. Anonymised, aggregate counts that cannot identify you or your customers may be retained for capacity planning. Financial records we are legally required to keep (invoices, tax records) are retained for the statutory period.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below from the email address that owns the workspace, or
- Email support@rrlabs.online with the subject 'Delete my data' and your workspace name.
- We verify ownership by replying to the workspace owner address.
- You receive written confirmation once the wipe completes.
