Standard partner
20% recurring
On subscription fees for the first 12 months of each referred customer
- Open to any approved partner
- No minimum referral volume
- Paid monthly once the payout threshold is met
Strategic partner
Up to 25% recurring
Rate and duration set in a signed partner agreement
- By approval, based on referral volume and joint delivery
- Co-marketing and implementation support available
- Terms reviewed annually
Program terms
These terms are summarised here and set out in full in the partner agreement you sign before your first referral is tracked.
- Attribution window
- 90 days from the first tracked referral click.
- Commission period
- 12 months of subscription fees per referred customer for standard partners.
- Qualifying customer
- A new organisation that was not already in an RRLabs sales conversation, connects a billing provider, and pays at least one subscription invoice.
- Refunds and chargebacks
- Commission on a refunded or charged-back invoice is reversed from the next payout.
- Payout threshold
- $100. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month.
- Payout schedule
- Monthly, net 30 after the end of the commission month.
- Performance fees
- Commission is calculated on subscription fees only. Success fees charged on recovered revenue are excluded.
- Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals, brand bidding on RRLabs terms, coupon and cashback sites, unsolicited bulk email, and any marketing that misrepresents RRLabs or another payment provider. Violations void commission.
Apply to the program
Tell us about the clients you work with and how you would introduce RRLabs. We review applications individually and reply with the partner agreement.
Partner dashboard reporting is not yet available. Until it ships, referral tracking and commission statements are handled by the RRLabs team and sent monthly.
